✔️ If your subscription has not been activated within 24 hours of payment (excluding delays caused by incorrect customer details).

✔️ If you have requested a refund within 72 hours of purchase, we have verified your complaint.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If

❌ You experience buffering or slow performance due to your internet connection, ISP restrictions, or device limitations.

❌ You change your mind after activation or want to switch to another service.

❌ You purchase a subscription without testing the service via our 24-hour free trial.

❌ Certain channels or programs are temporarily unavailable due to provider changes.

❌ You dispute a payment before contacting our support team (this will result in service cancellation).

❌ You fail to set up your device or app correctly—our support team can assist with setup.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order ID, email address, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for us to resolve your issue. If unresolved, a refund will be processed.
  4. If approved, refunds may take 5–14 business days to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds & Compensation

  • If a technical issue causes service downtime for more than 72 hours, we will extend your subscription for the lost time or provide partial refunds.
  • We do not refund full subscription fees after 72 hours of activation but may offer partial compensation depending on service usage.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription anytime; however, cancellations do not qualify for automatic refunds unless they meet the conditions above.
